Pixar announces Poly Want a Cracker, a controversial new movie (see our list of the most unhinged Disney movies here). According to an official statement, “Poly Want a Cracker is about a young black couple that wants to explore the world of a polyamorous relationship.”
It goes on, “However, it can’t just be any couple because they appreciate diversity. They want a white man to join them and to love them, where he brings diversity with his background and skin color.”
The statement continues, “In their search, they find a man named John, who was a video game streamer. However, when his wife of two years died, he lost all purpose in life. He becomes entangled with the couple, and they can’t find common ground on anything. As time goes on, they all learn to love each other and learn important life lessons along the way. The most important lesson is that love has no age, race, gender, or species.”
As you might imagine, this is a very controversial movie. Not only is the name edgy, but so is the subject matter. Many parents are upset that Disney is heavily promoting a polyamorous relationship in a movie. They think it’s disgusting.
Meanwhile, blue-haired feminists are in full support of this. They are so happy to see Disney promoting an underappreciated and underrepresented culture, especially through the lens of diversity.
