Disney removes the hanging man from the Haunted Mansion. There is a very controversial moment in the stretching room during the preshow for the ride and has been debated for years.

The narrator says, “Of course, there’s always my way.” At that moment, it shows a man hanging from the ceiling. This has been a controversial moment in the past ten years and has sparked a lot of discussion.

After many years, Disney has finally decided to remove the man hanging in the ride at Disney World and Disneyland.
According to an internal source, there are two reasons they decided to remove this scene. First, it comes in light of everything around Jeffery Epstein hanging himself. This is one of the most controversial political topics right now and Disney wants to distance itself from it.
On top of that, showing someone hanging themself is very disturbing to guests, especially in our current culture. This is a very sensitive topic to many families. Because of this, Disney has decided to remove it altogether.
The script will remain the same, but the new scene will not have the guy hanging in it. Instead, you will just see flashing lights at the top.
Many people feel that this is a lame move by Disney. If they are going to remove him, they should change the script. Otherwise, they should just leave it as is.
