Disney is building a wedding chapel inside the Magic Kingdom. For only $1,000, couples can have their marriage ceremony inside Disney World.

The chapel will be located at the end of Main Street USA, allowing couples to have Cinderella Castle in the background of their ceremony. It will operate from park open to park close and give people the opportunity to live out their most magical dreams.

You also don’t need a reservation; you can show up and wait in line to have your marriage ceremony. Essentially, Disney will have certified wedding officiants who will marry you in 5 minutes. When the ceremony is over, you will receive a Disney-themed certificate, a Just Married button, and a photo, all for free.
Overall, people love this and think it is one of the smartest ideas ever. In fact, many people are expected to renew their vows inside Disney World now that they can. While $1,000 seems steep for a 5-minute ceremony, it is way less expensive than a normal Disney wedding.
A Wedding at Disney can cost anywhere from $50,000 to $200,000, depending on the size and scope. So $1,000 for a short wedding ceremony inside the Magic Kingdom is a great price, not to mention the freebies that they throw in with it.
This new Magic Kingdom wedding chapel will likely draw some of the longest lines in the parks for the first few months of operation because of how amazing it is.
