Disney Announces Jew-ish a New ABC Sitcom

Disney announces Jew-ish, a new ABC sitcom. The new show will debut in 2026 and is a controversial spin-off of black-ish.

It will follow the Epstein family, who learns that they are 7% Jewish according to a DNA test. They want to embrace their new identity and experience everything that Jewish culture has to offer.

This includes going to Synagogue, trying falafel, and doing anything they can to save money. However, they also have a very progressive side to them, where they actively support Palestine during the Israeli war.

Disney wants Jew-ish to be a lighthearted sitcom where it doesn’t come across as racist or problematic. It is meant to explore Jewish culture in a non-offensive way. This is similar to the approach they took with Black-ish.

The idea behind that show is that Dre teaches his kids about identity, heritage, and social issues while balancing his own career and family chaos. Jew-ish hopes to do the same thing in this extremely polarized world. They hope to cast Larry David as the star of the show and Mila Kunis as his wife.

This would be a star-studded cast that will create a lot of laughs and a lot of emotionally touching scenes. Overall, Jew-ish is being extremely well-received, and people are excited for this new show.
