Breaking news, Disney officially buys TikTok. This comes only a day after the court ruled that TikTok needed to be bought by a company in the US or banned permanently.

Luckily, because Disney purchased TikTok, it will not be banned in the US and will operate as usual. Disney acquired the app for $100 billion, which is their most expensive acquisition ever.

This tops Disney’s previous largest acquisition of 21st Century Fox, which was $71.3 billion. They did this to increase their ever-expanding portfolio of companies and promote their propaganda.
In fact, experts believe that TikTok will become their largest source of revenue in five years. An internal source told us that Disney has big plans for the app. They will roll out a paid subscription service like Disney+ where people can pay to watch ad-free content.
They will also upload their movies and shows on the app at a more expensive subscription tier. However, it’s worth noting that when Disney takes over TikTok, if you die in one of their theme parks and use the app, Disney will not be liable. This is because of their terms and conditions.
Many are excited that Disney is acquiring TikTok. However, some are worried that they will end up in court because this is seen as Disney creating a monopoly on the market.
