They believe that he will replace Cast Members and characters with AI. This is to reduce costs and human mistakes. By replacing all Cast Members with AI, Disney can operate more efficiently and cost-effectively. There are also indications that Chapek will replace Cinderella Castle with something more iconic.
However, it’s not clear what that might be. Some suggest it will be a statue of himself. Bob Chapek is set to return as the CEO of Disney in late 2025.
