Breaking news, Joe Biden officially drops out of the presidential race. This announcement doesn’t come as a surprise to many, but his replacement does.
Mickey Mouse will officially be taking his spot on the ticket. According to official voter registration data, despite not being a human, Mickey Mouse has voted democrat in the last three elections.
On top of that, he has an incredible amount of funding behind him. The Walt Disney Company has just pledged billions of dollars to fund Mickey’s presidential campaign. In fact, this is where the other potential candidates were struggling the most.
Also, Mickey Mouse already has a massive groundswell of support. According to a brand new poll, Mickey Mouse defeats Donald Trump (who was removed from the Hall of Presidents, which we reported on here) by a margin of 60 to 40.
This is considered an absolute blowout by political analysts and is one of the largest leads ever seen in a presidential poll, especially considering he hasn’t even started running for president yet. However, people have an inherent love for Mickey, which is what is boosting him early in the polls.
As his campaign begins, it will be interesting to see what positions he takes. So far we know that Disney has supported the one child policy, the bathroom bill, banning people who have tattoos, and more. Experts are expecting that once Mickey Mouse speaks to his policy, his numbers will drop, but for now, he is clearly the leading candidate.
