This is what happens if you get arrested at Disney. Each park has its own Disney jail. This is not a place you want to go, as the experience is shocking.

Magic Kingdom’s is below Main Street USA, EPCOT’s is below Spaceship Earth, Hollywood Studio’s is behind the Tower of Terror, and Animal Kingdom’s is near the main entrance.

Essentially, security or the police officers put you in a jail cell with handcuffs on. The cell has a single toilet, sink, and a bed for you to rest on. Then, Mickey Mouse shows up to yell at you and spank you for misbehaving in his park. This is the only time that you will ever hear Mickey Mouse swear, so if you do want to hear that, you will need to get arrested.

Once Orange County police show up, they take matters into their own hands. They will do an investigation in the Disney jail, asking you and the person who arrested you questions. If it warrants an arrest, they will put handcuffs on you and take you to an actual jail to be booked and charged.

If they don’t think it warrants an arrest, it is up to Disney on what to do next. They can either keep holding you in the Disney jail for up to 24 hours, release you back into the park, or release you, but ban you from Disney World for the day, year, or lifetime.

Most people get kept in Disney jail for a few hours and eventually are released back into the parks, after Mickey has had his final word with them. Overall, though, it is not a nice experience, so don’t get arrested at Disney World.
