Disney World is now drug testing all guests. Starting this week, in order to enter any Disney World park, guests will need to pass a drug test.

It will be a rapid test that gives immediate results for more than 25 different drugs. If you pass, you will be allowed into the park and if you fail you will be turned away. Also, Disney will be doing random tests throughout their parks.

This is to prevent people from sneaking things in and doing them in their theme parks. The reason they are doing this is to foster a more family-friendly environment. In fact, according to new research, the use of these substances at Disney World is at an all-time high.
Disney wants to cut back on that, especially since it isn’t legal in the state of Florida. It’s also worth noting that Disney will only test guests who are 10 years or older.
As you might imagine, this is causing quite an uproar. Many people are upset that they can no longer do them and then go on it’s a small world. They feel like their liberties are being stripped away. They argue that if you can drink at Disney you should be able to do that as well.
On the other hand, many parents are happy with this decision. They are tired of this being an issue at Disney World.
