Disney World is Adding Urinals to all Women’s Restrooms. This is an effort by Disney to be more inclusive. They want to ensure that people are more comfortable in their bathrooms.

According to an official spokesperson, “Adding urinals to the women’s restroom provides a safer and more inclusive atmosphere for everyone.” However, many people see potential problems with this. In fact, many are wondering who will actually be using these new urinals.

Meanwhile, many women are complaining that replacing stalls with urinals allows for less capacity. This increases the already long lines inside the women’s restrooms. This is the newest development in Disney removing all genders from their bathrooms.

As you might remember, this caused quite a bit of concern allowing men to use the restroom alongside women. This of course is a small part in the larger debate over genders and bathrooms across the US. For now, Disney will slowly begin removing stalls in the women’s restrooms and adding urinals. Many are asking how this will impact Disney’s VIPee bathroom service, which we reported on here.

Eventually, the goal is to install urinals in all women’s restrooms across the property. When we asked one man about it he said, “Now I can finally use the women’s restroom without worrying about being arrested”. That comment alone has raised a lot of concern. We will see if Ron DeSantis has a response to this.
