Breaking news, Disney World is officially moving to Nashville. Starting at the end of September, Disney World will start closing part of their theme parks in order to move them to Nashville, Tennessee.

Disney is doing this because of the ongoing battle with Governor DeSantis. To do this, they will move the entire theme park piece by piece and reconstruct it just outside of downtown Nashville where Disney has been secretly buying thousands of acres of land.
The process will be done in a way where guests can still enjoy their parks, while they move them. For example, they will start by moving rides that are currently closed or closing soon like Test Track and Dinosaur.
Then, they will close areas of each park one at a time to move it over. For example, Frontierland will close first at Magic Kingdom, but all of the other lands will still be open. They will load up tens of thousands of trucks to move the pieces up to Nashville and reconstruct the rides.
Then, once the Nashville parks have enough rides and restaurants to open, they will open their doors. This means the Disney World parks will be open in two locations at once for a period of time.
The good news is your park tickets will be valid at both locations, however, they won’t be reducing the price during this transition. The goal is to have the entire move done by the end of 2027.
