Breaking news, Disney World officially bans alcohol in their parks. A lot of this is driven by an increase in fights, drunk kids and adults, and irritated parents.

According to official statements, “Drinking at Disney continues to be a problem. This is partially due to the fallout from removing the drinking age. It’s time to finally put an end to the disaster that has been created. From now on, alcohol will not be sold inside any of the parks.”

This is by far one of the most shocking announcements that Disney has ever made. Many people see drinking at Disney World as a bucket list item, especially drinking around the world at EPCOT. However, now guests will no longer get to drink at their favorite theme parks.

As you might expect many people are very upset about this. That is because drinking has become a staple for Disney Adults. If they can’t get hammered in a park made for families, then what is the purpose?

We saw a similar reaction to the announcement that Disney would be drug testing all guests. The Disney Adults see this as a violation of their freedom, liberty, and ability to have fun. On the other hand, many parents are excited about this alcohol ban. They think it’s finally time for Disney to become a family place again. They are tired of drunk adults ruining their vacations, especially at EPCOT.

It’s also worth noting that anyone caught with alcohol inside Disney World may receive a lifetime ban following this announcement.
