Breaking news, Disney World is going completely vegan. This applies to all the food across its parks, restaurants, and resorts.

The decision is aimed at promoting sustainability and reducing the company’s environmental footprint. Starting in 2025, Disney World will no longer serve animal-based products, replacing them with innovative plant-based alternatives.

This is designed to satisfy everyone, even meat lovers. In fact, beloved classics like turkey (it’s actually elk) legs and Mickey-shaped ice cream bars will now feature “cruelty-free” ingredients, crafted to maintain their iconic flavor and charm.
The move aligns with Disney’s commitment to the environment and how food choices can impact global sustainability. According to an internal source, the transition will drastically cut down on greenhouse gas emissions and water usage.
It will also appeal to the growing number of vegan and environmentally-conscious visitors. In fact, guests can expect exciting additions, from plant-based seafood at Epcot’s Coral Reef Restaurant to vegan churros and Dole Whip options.
While the shift may challenge traditionalists, Disney hopes it will inspire guests to embrace a more compassionate and sustainable lifestyle. After all, magic and mindfulness go hand in hand.
